Rates for the 2021 - 2022 accountability year are as follows:

You may add a child to an existing membership if you are the parent or legal guardian. This form is for when you already have a current membership with TSCHAA.
There is a $10 charge to add a child to your existing account.
For proof of homeschooling for a public/private school, college, DMV, DSS, etc., please fill out this form.
A final transcript (for high completion or college entry) is $28 and will be mailed to the colleges of your choice.
A partial transcript (for public school enrollment, dual credit, early college, or personal records) is $18 and is for students who have NOT completed high school.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A TRANSCRIPT ON FILE, PLEASE EMAIL UPDATED GRADES TO ADMIN@TSCHAA.COM AND PAY THE $10 TRANSCRIPT UPDATE FEE ON THE CONTACT PAGE OF THE TSCHAA WEBSITE.
Membership includes accountability for the 2021-2022 school year (May 1, 2021 - July 2022), emailed acceptance letter, emailed membership cards, homeschooling certificate, monthly newsletter, phone/text/email support, and an option to join online support groups.
Families who have enrolled as a TSCHAA member for the current year who then enroll in public school and later decide to homeschool again will be charged an $10 fee to re-enroll as a TSCHAA member for the same accountability year. Please contact TSCHAA to reinstate your membership.
The report card fee is $10. TSCHAA report cards are useful for personal record-keeping and as needed for participation in extracurricular activities at public schools. Report cards only report one year's final grade or one 9-weeks. If you need more than one year reported or need a GPA, please use the In Progress Transcript form.
$20 for a cardstock folder diploma cover. Diplomas come in a navy blue cardstock document cover embossed with the TSCHAA seal.
The End of Year form should be filled out when you have completed your required 180 days of school and is due by July 31, 2021. Filling out this form is a requirement for all 2020-2021 members.
* TSCHAA is a non-ranking association and will not issue an honors course on a transcript unless it is taught at an accredited school. *
