The report card fee is $8. TSCHAA report cards are useful for personal record keeping and as needed for participation in extracurricular activities at public schools. Report cards only report one year's final grade or one 9-weeks. If you need more than one year reported, please use the In Progress Transcript form.

Use this form if you need a transcript for a student who will be enrolling in public school, if you need a transcript for dual credit purposes, or for early college admission. This is for students who have NOT completed high school. In Progress Transcript fee is $15.

Mid-Year Progress Report/ Final Grade Report 
Under the SC Third-Option Homeschool law, parents/guardians are required to keep records of student's grades. Records are to be maintained by the parent/guardian as stated in the Third-Option Law - TSCHAA does not keep student records on file.

TSCHAA's Mid-Year Progress Report and Final Grade Report forms are not required, but they are available to those who would like a template to use.

Current members should complete this form at the completion of 180 days.

Membership includes accountability for the new school year (May 2018 - July 2019), emailed acceptance letter, emailed membership cards, homeschooling certificate, monthly newsletter, phone/text/email support, member-only field trips, and an option to join online support groups.  Families who have enrolled as a TSCHAA member for the current year who then enroll in public school and later decide to homeschool again will be charged an $8 fee to re-enroll as a TSCHAA member for the same accountability year. Please contact TSCHAA to reinstate your membership.

 $15 for a cardstock folder diploma cover. Diplomas come in a navy blue cardstock document cover embossed with the TSCHAA seal.
